| This
aircraft was badly damaged by flak on the 20 March 1945
mission to Alberschweiler. The pilot, Lt. Edwin B. Gustafson,
managed to successfully crash land the aircraft back
at Dijon. The crew escaped unhurt, but the aircraft
was written off. |
